1. What (or who) is Happy Dino Toys?
Happy Dino Toys is an ecommerce store that sells a variety of toys curated just for your little ones (and you). We sell toys (and other children related items) so darn cute that they are irresistible to children AND adults.
2. How do I order from Happy Dino Toys?
We accept orders through our website happydinotoys.com, Instagram and WhatsApp (please use our WhatsApp Us widget on the right side of our website).
3. Are your toys all assembled prior to delivery?
Most of our toys will be delivered to you fully assembled, however there are a number of toys which require self-assembly. Please check the description of each product you're interested in.
4. How can I pay for my order?
We accept bank transfer from any bank in Brunei (any transfer costs to be borne by you) and cash on delivery (please prepare exact change or let us know in advance so that we can prepare change for you).
Please screenshot your payment as proof and send it to us via Instagram or WhatsApp (please use our WhatsApp Us widget on the right side of our website).
5. What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, if you have provided an email address we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order, or if you have provided a phone number we will send you a confirmation message.
You can also track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website if you've created an account with us.

6. How do I get my items?
There are 2 ways you can get your items:
(1) We can do nation-wide delivery, the delivery fee will depend on location; or
(2) You can pick up your order from our 2 locations: Sg Akar or Lumapas.
Our processing times range from 2-5 working days depending on district and item size.
7. How long does shipping/delivery take?
We endeavor to ship/deliver your order within 2-5 working days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances like dinosaur stampedes.
8. Where do you ship/deliver?
We offer nationwide shipping/delivery! We believe that every child, no matter where they are, deserves a chance to experience the joy that Happy Dino Toys can bring. We're spreading dino love nationwide.
9. Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for delivery yet.

10. What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Happy Dino Toys purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us at hello@happydinotoys.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to assist you. We're here to make sure you have a dino-mite experience.
